Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP has announced a merger agreement with Global Development Partners (GDP), a global market development group headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
Our combined firm employs approximately 2,500 professionals across 29 cities across the U.S. As one of the 12 largest professional service firms in the country, Baker Tilly is an independent member of Baker Tilly International, the eighth largest worldwide network of independent accounting and business advisory firms in 133 countries, with 27,000 professionals and $3.6 billion in combined worldwide revenue of independent member firms.
Jeff Jorge, Executive Partner of GDP, will join Baker Tilly as principal and will lead Baker Tilly Michigan’s International Services Team and the firm’s new Latin American Services Desk.
